• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, disassemble or extract the source code of any Platform component.

All content made available through the fc88club platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, page layout, written content, game graphics, promotional materials and software — is the proprietary property of fc88club or its content licensors, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Either party may terminate an fc88club account. Users may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining after outstanding wagering requirements have been met will be processed for withdrawal subject to verification requirements.

fc88club may suspend or permanently close an account — with or without prior notice — where the User is found to have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive activity, or where continued account operation presents a regulatory, security or reputational risk.

In cases of termination for cause, fc88club reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation. Where a balance is subsequently determined to be legitimate, it will be returned minus any amounts owed to fc88club.
